The Landing at Newark Station is a proposed 108-unit multifamily project located near downtown Newark, Ohio in Licking County. The project is comprised of studio, 1 & 2-bedrooms apartments.

The project is part of a larger master-planned community known as Newark Station, a mixed-use adaptive reuse project that includes outdoor amenities such as volleyball courts, bar & grill, event center, as well as indoor amenities such as a coffee shop, rooftop cocktail bar, micro retail & art spaces, and co-working office space.
