Horus & Ra Development is currently site planning and designing a mixed-use development within the Village Center of New Albany, Ohio. The 3-acre site is to feature frontage on key roadways within the Village Center, and aims to provide a high-end, walkable housing community.

A construction start in 2024 is currently anticipated, with more information & plans to be shared in Q4 of 2023. Horus & Ra has been working in close proximity with the City of New Albany to deliver a high-impact and responsibility designed “community within a community.”
