THE LANDING
The Landing at Newark Station is a 108-unit residential project located near downtown Newark. Ranging from studios to 2-bedroom units, the Landing will contain amenities such as a pool, fitness center, rooftop access, and several art installations.
The Landing will be open in Summer 2024 - stay tuned for updates on pre-leasing opportunities!
The Landing is part of a larger master-planned community known as Newark Station, a mixed-use adaptive reuse project.
Newark Station includes outdoor amenities such as volleyball courts, bar & grill, event center, as well as indoor amenities such as a coffee shop, rooftop cocktail bar, micro retail & art spaces, and co-working office space.
